Abstract

In recent decades, digital automation has been rapidly expanding as a new tool in the field of mental health. These technologies include mobile applications, online platforms, and artificial intelligence tools that help improve access to psychological services and provide effective treatments. This article analyzes digital automation and its effects on mental health and examines the challenges and opportunities that these technologies provide for improving mental health. This research has been researched and analyzed by referring to the articles listed in scientific sites and using the library method and using reliable sites such as ISI-SID.
